Santa Ana, CA – 82-Year-Old Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Warner Avenue

Santa Ana, CA (January 21, 2019) – In Santa Ana, a pedestrian accident took place on Warner Avenue that led to fatal results for an 82-year-old man who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police reported the accident around 10:42 p.m. on January 18. The pedestrian was standing in the eastbound lanes when he was suddenly struck by a vehicle headed westbound. The victim died at the scene of the accident, according to the coroner.

The investigation into the accident determined that the driver was not believed to be under the influence at the time of the accident. Now, police are searching for any witnesses to the accident.
