1 Injury Reported After Multi-Vehicle Crash on 605 Freeway in Whittier

Whittier, (June 25, 2018) – According to the California Highway Patrol, an accident occurred in the southbound lanes of Interstate 605 Freeway at 1:59 p.m. Sunday afternoon. The accident happened just south of Washington Boulevard, and according to reports, only one person was injured.

Reportedly, all three vehicles were found on the right-hand side of the road. Reports stated that a blue Ford Prism, a green Kia sedan, and a silver Lexus were all involved in the crash. Paramedics were immediately on the scene after the crash, and apparently, they rendered aid to only one person who complained of chest and back pain after the incident. Cleaning and clearing were performed throughout the vicinity of the crash, and the Kia suffered some front-end damage. This accident is currently under investigation, and we sincerely hope that anyone who may have been injured will sufficiently recover.
