Tracy, CA- Multi-Vehicle Crash Kills One on the 205 Fwy Near 11th St.
Tracy, CA (April 8, 2019)- An accident at around 6:12 am Saturday on the 205 Freeway near the 11th Street off-ramp resulted in one death.
The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash involved four vehicles. One of the vehicles was driving west in the highway’s eastbound lanes for reasons unknown. Officials put out a SigAlert following the multi-vehicle collision, closing three lanes of the freeway.
Paramedics were called to the scene to treat the injured. At least one person was killed as a result of the crash. Their identity has not been released pending family notification.
No further details of this crash have been reported. An investigation is underway.
