3-Vehicle Crash Involving Horse Trailer Ends with Severe Injuries
June 14, 2018. A three-vehicle crash on Route 88 resulted in at least one person suffering serious injuries on Thursday morning around 8:15 a.m. According to California Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred near Sunnybrook at Eggiman Lane between PG&E truck, a black Honda, and a 4-ton pickup truck that was hauling a gooseneck horse trailer.
The accident caused at least one serious injury, although who was hurt and exactly how severe the injuries are is still unclear. It is believed that more than one person suffered injuries as the report stated that Paramedics arrived on the scene and assisted all those who were hurt. The victim(s) were transported to a local hospital and the cause of the crash is still being investigated. It is currently unknown who will be held accountable for the crash.
