Vehicle Accidents in California
Chain reaction accidents are highly dangerous since they involve three or more vehicles, which makes it harder to determine causation and liability. These types of accidents are usually caused by an initial accident and if other vehicles are in the vicinity, then there is a possibility that the accident may affect them. Officials determine causation and liability by investigating all potential contributing factors, such as negligence, mechanical errors, bad roads, or hazardous weather. For those who obtained injuries in a chain-reaction accident, it is important to hire a California car accident lawyer to help with filing a personal injury lawsuit.
