Motorcycle Accidents
A motorcycle crash in California is often extremely violent. The sad statistics are that more than 80% of all motorcycle crashes result in catastrophic injury, or even death, to the driver. A motorcycle provides limited protection with no head injury protection except a helmet. Being thrown from the motorcycle is common with these accidents, often happening when a motorcycle comes to a sudden stop and the rider is ejected. This causes serious injury as the rider will forcibly strike objects in their path as well as where on the ground they land. After these types of accidents, legal counsel is often the best course to take.
