Bakersfield, CA – Motorcyclist Dead Following Crash on I-5, South of Grapevine Road

Bakersfield, CA (March 17, 2019) – An accident involving a semi-truck and a motorcycle occurred this Saturday and took the life of one person.

The motorcycle and semi-truck impacted into one another on the I-5, near the Grapevine, in the afternoon of Saturday, March 16^th. California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this fatal accident.

Emergency responders were called to the scene to aid the injured drivers. The injured parties were transported to local hospitals for treatment and further evaluation. Sadly, California Highway Patrol stated that the motorcyclist passed away at the hospital due to injuries he received from the crash.
