Shingletown, CA – Wyatt Coble and Jessica Mauldin Injured in Head-On Collision on Hwy 44
Shingletown, CA (March 25, 2019) On the 23rd of March, a head-on collision happened on Highway 44 at around 12:40 p.m. According to the reports, a 24-year-old named Wyatt William Coble was driving his Volkswagen Jetta when he crossed into the opposite lane and crashed head-on into a Ford Explorer that was operated by 36-year-old Jessica Erin Mauldin.
When the paramedics arrived, they found both drivers suffering from major injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital for treatment. Crews also found a 6-year-old passenger in the Ford who was suffering from minor injuries and transported the injured child to a nearby hospital as well. Unfortunately, a passenger in the Jetta suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
The authorities are currently investigating this accident to determine what led up to this dangerous collision.
