Clayton, CA – Boy Injured in Scooter Accident on Mitchell Canyon Road and Four Oaks Lane
Clayton, CA (March 26, 2019) – A driver hit a 10-year-old boy riding a scooter on Friday, March 26th. The collision occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Mitchell Canyon Road at Four Oaks Lane.
Clayton Police Chief Elise Warren said that the driver remained at the scene of the accident and cooperated with officials. She stated, “There does not appear to be any infractions by the driver.”
A helicopter transported the child to Oakland’s UCSF Benioff Children’s Center, where he was treated for minor injuries.
