Los Angeles, CA- One Dead in Crash on the 90 Freeway
Los Angeles, CA (April 5, 2019)- An accident on the 90 Freeway east of Culver Boulevard was the scene of a deadly crash on Thursday at 11:00 pm.
The accident left a 27-year-old Las Vegas man identified as Kristian Vanwagner dead.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 32-year-old Las Vegas woman was driving the car in which Vanwagner was a passenger. She sustained major injuries in the accident and was taken to a nearby hospital by medical personnel.
Reports stated that the crash occurred when the driver swerved off the highway and hit a tree. The cause of the crash is unknown. According to the CHP, drugs and alcohol did not play a role in this crash.
The CHP’s West Los Angeles office asks that any witnesses or people with additional information about the crash call them at 310-642-3939.
