Watsonville CA- Serious Injuries in Motorcycle Crash on Freedom Blvd. Near Scurich Lane

Watsonville, CA (April 9, 2019)- A motorcycle-involved crash left one with serious injuries on Freedom Boulevard close to Scurich Lane on Sunday around 3:46 pm.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision between a black Hyundai Accent and a Harley Davidson motorcycle caused the motorcycle to crash into and fully penetrate the interior of the car, then fall from the car’s interior onto the ground.

When paramedics arrived at the crash site, they found the motorcyclist on the ground with major injuries. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. His name and current condition are unknown.

The car received major front-end damage.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
