Tollhouse, CA- Lodge Rd. Near Wintermute Lane Site of Fatal Motorcycle Crash

Tollhouse, CA (April 15, 2019)- A motorcycle accident left a 64-year-old dead on Saturday at around 1 pm near Wintermute Lane on Lodge Road near Sierra High School.

The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, was on a 2007 Suzuki motorcycle going east. He veered into opposing traffic at a bend in the road. The bike flipped onto its side, colliding with a 2000 Ford Ranger driven by 43-year-old Clovis resident Katharine Bradford.

Bradford attempted to swerve away from the motorcyclist to avoid the crash. However, she was unsuccessful. The motorcyclist passed away at the scene of the accident.

The California Highway Patrol has begun an investigation into the crash.
