Gilroy, CA – 1 Motorcyclist Injured in Serious Accident on Masten Avenue

Gilroy, CA (April 18, 2019) On the morning of April 17^th, a major motorcycle accident happened at the intersection of Masten Avenue and Manna Way.

The California Highway Patrol states that the accident took place at approximately 5:54 a.m. A motorcycle and a passenger vehicle crashed into each other for undisclosed reasons.

When the ambulance arrived at the Gilroy intersection, they found the motorcyclist seriously injured and tended to the rider accordingly.  He was transported to a local trauma center for additional treatment.

The police are investigating to determine who had the right of way and who will be held liable for damages.
