Lake Forest, CA- Victim Identified in Crash at Muirlands Blvd. and Entrados Dr.

Lake Forest, CA (April 23, 2019)- According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Coroner’s office, a Jeep driver who passed away in an accident on Sunday night has been identified as Dominic Tortorete, a 26-year-old Mission Viejo resident.

The crash took place near Muirlands Boulevard and Entrados Drive at around 7:35 pm. Reports stated that the Jeep did not yield to oncoming traffic while attempting to cross from Muirlands onto Entrados. This caused the Jeep to collide with a black Toyota sedan and a white Ford truck before overturning.

The driver of the Toyota sustained injuries of unknown severity while the truck driver was uninjured.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
