Fontana, CA – Multi-Vehicle Accident on SB-15 near Glen Helen Parkway

Fontana, CA (April 27, 2019) – A multi-vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer occurred on April 26 just before 5:30 a.m. that injured at least one person.

California Highway Patrol responded to the scene of this injury accident.  According to CHP officers, the crash occurred 5:25 a.m. on the southbound I-15 near Glen Helen Parkway when a pickup truck crashed into the rear of the tractor-trailer. The impact caused the pickup truck to become embedded into the truck.

Roadways were closed pending investigations, but are now reopened.
