Sun Valley, CA (April 29, 2019)- The Golden State (5) Freeway at Tuxford Street was the site of a fatal crash at approximately 4:14 am on Monday morning.

Reports stated that the Sun Valley accident involved a big rig truck and another vehicle. One person died at the scene of the crash.
