Fallbrook, CA- Motorcyclist Injured on I-5 Fwy. at Rainbow Valley Blvd.

Fallbrook, CA (May 3, 2019)- The California Highway Patrol reported a motorcycle accident on the I-5 Freeway near Rainbow Valley Boulevard West that left the motorcyclist with serious injuries.

The CHP report said that around 5:30 pm, a sedan resembling a patrol car crashed with the motorcycle for reasons unknown. Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene to find the motorcyclist on the road in the freeway’s right lane. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Their name and status are unknown.

Whether or not the person in the sedan was injured is unknown at this time.

The crash is under investigation by the CHP.
