Studio City, CA- Major Injury Crash on the 101 Fwy Near Lankershim Blvd

Studio City, CA (May 15, 2019)- A collision involving two cars caused injuries for three people near Lankershim Boulevard on the 101 Freeway southbound. The crash took place on Tuesday at approximately 10:30 pm.

While few details of the crash are available at this time, reports stated that the accident required the rescue of three people from the damaged vehicles. One victim sustained moderate injuries while two victims sustained critical injuries.

The freeway was closed temporarily in order to remove the damaged vehicles from the crash site.

The crash is currently under investigation.
