Sacramento, CA – 1 Injured in Bicycle Accident on Calvine Rd & Short Rd

Sacramento, CA (May 21, 2019) On the morning of May 21^st, a bicycle accident happened at the intersection of Calvine Road and Short Road, not far from Elk Grove. A vehicle struck a bicyclist at approximately 7:25 a.m. for unspecified reasons.

When the ambulance arrived at the intersection to help, they found the bicyclist injured in the roadway. Crews shut down the lanes for about twenty minutes as they investigated the scene and cleared up all of the damages.

The police are still investigating to determine who had the right-of-way and who will be held responsible for all damages.
