Investigators are currently looking into whether or not there were any negligent factors involved in this crash. Police will be seeking to prove if excessive speed, distracted driving, or intoxication were involved on any level. Negligent drivers cause immense pain and damage, and it is our belief that each one should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
Funeral costs, hospital bills, and loss of future wages are all reasons why many victims choose to file a claim for compensation.
