We would like to offer our sincere condolences to the family of the deceased at this time. Our thoughts are with them.
Common Causes of Pedestrian Crashes in California
All drivers must yield to pedestrians at all times in California. Despite this law, pedestrian accidents occur all to frequently. Many crashes happen due to distracted drivers. Many drivers are used to looking out for other vehicles rather than pedestrians on the road. Negligent drivers who fail to remain alert on the road endanger themselves and others. Simple distractions such as texting can cause a pedestrian accident. Removing one’s eyes from the road for just a few seconds can result in a life-changing or fatal crash.
The Brady Law Group is committed to the belief that victims of pedestrian accidents and the families of those lost in pedestrian accidents must never take on the financial burden of an accident due to a distracted driver. If you’ve lost a family member in a pedestrian accident, you may be able to obtain compensation for funeral costs, lost wages, and more.
