Wheatland, CA- Major Injury in Head-On Crash on Hwy 66 and Dairy Rd

Wheatland, CA (June 14, 2019)- A car accident in the northbound lanes of Highway 65 at Dairy Road left one person with major injuries on Thursday.

The California Highway Patrol reported that the crash, which took place at approximately 5:19 pm, occurred when two vehicles hit head-on. The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.

Emergency medical personnel arrived at the crash site, where they found one person with major injuries.

The damaged vehicles were taken from the scene by tow trucks.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
