San Dıego, CA- One Hurt After Driver Runs Red Light Near Park Village and Black Mountain Rds
San Diego, CA (June 17, 2019)- A collision on Sunday near the intersection of Park Village Road and Black Mountain Road left a woman with critical injuries.
The crash took place at approximately 9:40 am when an eastbound Toyota Corolla on Park Village Drive hit a south-bound Hyundai Elantra on Black Mountain Road. Reportedly, the Hyundai driver ran a red light prior to hitting the Corolla.
Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene to treat the 61-year-old victim. She was taken to the hospital for treatment of a fractured neck.
The 23-year-old Elantra driver also received injuries in the crash.
The identities and current conditions of the victim and driver are not available at this time.
