El Cajon, CA. (July 3, 2018) – The El Cajon Police Department has reported that one person had to be hospitalized following a hit-and-run accident on Joey Avenue. The pedestrian was apparently attempting to cross the avenue between Rogue and Willow Roads when the suspect struck and injured the victim.
