El Cajon, CA. Hit-and-Run Injures Pedestrian on Mollison Avenue

El Cajon, CA. (July 3, 2018) – A pedestrian reportedly suffered severe injuries following a hit-and-run on Mollison Avenue Tuesday morning, according to a local and reliable news source. The accident allegedly took place just shortly before 5:00 a.m. The male pedestrian was reportedly struck in the vicinity of El Cajon City Park and Cajon Valley Middle School.

Paramedics were immediately called to the scene and they arrived promptly to attend to the man who seemed to be clearly suffering from severe, possibly life-threatening injuries. The victim was quickly transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital following the crash to be treated for his injuries. The driver who struck the man reportedly fled the scene of the crash without stopping to offer any assistance or to speak with authorities.
