California Truck Accident and Wrongful Death Attorney
Accidents involving large commercial tractor-trailers are generally handled a bit differently when it comes to obtaining compensation. The trucking company typically assumes responsibility for their drivers, and the insurance company will certainly head up their own investigation. Nevertheless, should the results of the investigation show that the truck driver acted negligently in any way and contributed to the death of the victim, then there will likely be a wrongful death lawsuit to follow.
