San Diego, CA – Child Struck and Injured by Vehicle While Riding Scooter on 11th Avenue and K Street
San Diego, CA (July 20, 2018) – A motor vehicle reportedly struck and injured a child who was riding on a scooter at the intersection of 11th Avenue and K Street in downtown San Diego early on Thursday evening, according to a local news source. The unfortunately injurious collision reportedly took place at approximately 5:00 p.m. late yesterday afternoon.
The report that was filed stated that the injuries that the child suffered appeared to be non-life threatening. Emergency responders were called to the scene, and the child was apparently walking around not long after the collision. The report did not state whether or not the young child was taken to a hospital for treatment.
