Clear Lake, CA – Injuries Sustained After Two-Car Crash on Soda Bay Road
Clear Lake, CA (July 22, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported a motor vehicle accident involving two cars that led to injuries on Soda Bay Road in Clear Lake on Saturday evening. The Lake County crash that apparently occurred on Soda Bay Road in the vicinity of Stone Drive was reported to have taken place at around 4:08 p.m.
The report filed by officials from the California Highway Patrol stated the collision involved two vehicles in total. The vehicles involved were reportedly a gray pickup truck and a gray sedan. Emergency responders were immediately dispatched to the scene I order to assist any injured victims. Upon their arrival, responders apparently found one person who had been injured during the wreck. It is currently unclear as to whether or not the victim had to be hospitalized as the condition of their injuries was classified as moderate.
At this time, neither the name of the victim nor the identities of anyone else involved in the crash have been confirmed. Authorities are presently unsure of the events that led to this injurious collision, as all aspects of the crash are currently under investigation.
