San Diego, CA – Two Vehicles Involved in Brutal Accident along Northbound Interstate 15 Freeway

San Diego, CA (July 23, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that a brutal accident involving two vehicles took place on the northbound lanes on the Interstate 15 Freeway near the Rancho-Bernardo off-ramp.
