Rowland Heights, Los Angeles County, CA – Man Injured After Suspected Hit-and-Run Accident on Otterbein Avenue
Rowland Heights, Los Angeles County, CA (July 24, 2018) – The California Highway Patrol reported that a man sustained injuries after a suspected hit-and-run that took place on the 2000 block of Otterbein Avenue.
