The investigation into this crash will likely focus on liability, although the Nissan seems to be at fault at this time. However, the final conclusion will dictate whether or not there was any negligent behavior exhibited by either party. Following the irrefutable findings of the investigation, there will likely be grounds for a personal injury lawsuit to follow.
