Crocket, CA – Three-Vehicle Crash Causes Injuries on 80 Freeway
Crocket, CA (August 7, 2018) – At least minor injuries were reported to have occurred following a motor vehicle accident that involved three vehicles on the 80 Freeway in Crocket on Tuesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The collision which occurred in the eastbound lanes of the 80 Freeway, east of Cummings Skyway was reported to have occurred around 11:50 a.m.
The report released by the California Highway Patrol stated that three vehicles were involved in the injurious wreck. Those three vehicles were reported to be a silver Toyota Prius, a black BMW sedan, and a white Honda SUV. Apparently, the Toyota overturned due to the impact of the collision, although the vehicle ended up landing on its wheels.
Emergency personnel was immediately dispatched to the scene in order to offer their assistance to any injured individuals. According to the report, an unknown number of people suffered minor injuries during the collision. No further information was made available concerning the events that led to this accident. Likewise, no names or specific conditions of injuries have been provided at this time. Authorities are currently investigating all aspects of this accident.
