Ramona, CA – Serious Injuries Suffered in DUI Crash on Highway 78 by Slaughterhouse Road

Ramona, CA (August 11, 2018) – Serious injuries were reported to have occurred following a collision involving a DUI driver that took place on Saturday afternoon on Highway 78, according to the California Highway Patrol. The collision which occurred at approximately 2:25 p.m. took place on the highway near Slaughterhouse Road.

The report released by the California Highway Patrol stated that there were two vehicles involved in the collision. The reason why the crash occurred has not been determined at this time.

Emergency medical personnel were called to the scene of the accident in order to attend to the victims. It was reported that an unknown number of people were injured in the accident. The severity of the injuries sustained by the victims was not made clear, although reports indicated that all wounds were classified as major.
