Victorville, CA – One Person Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on 15 Freeway near Palmdale Road

Victorville, CA (August 19, 2018) – A pedestrian was reported to have been struck and killed by a motor vehicle on Sunday morning in Victorville, according to a local and reliable news source. The deadly collision which had taken place on the 15 Freeway, just a little south of Palmdale Road was reported to have occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m.

The news source that reported the crash stated that one vehicle and one pedestrian were involved in the fatal collision, however, there was no word as to how the unfortunate accident transpired. Emergency responders arrived on the scene in order to assist the wounded pedestrian although their efforts were fruitless as the individual tragically died at the scene.

Whether or not the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene to assist the victim or cooperate with authorities has not been made clear at this time. No further information has been released in regards to the cause of the accident, and the name of the victim has not been stated.
