Forestville, CA – Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Traffic Accident at River Road and Mirabel Road

Forestville, CA – (November 17, 2018) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a traffic accident late Friday night, in the area of River and Mirabel roads in Forestville. The accident happened at about 11:06 pm on November 16th near Mirabel RV Park and Campground and the Russian River.

Per the initial report, a vehicle and a motorcycle were approaching the intersection of River and Mirabel roads, when one of the vehicles failed to stop and they violently crashed into one another. Firefighters along with a medical team rushed to the crash site and found the motorcyclist down in the roadway. The rider was then transported to a local hospital with major injuries. The name of the patient and their condition were not immediately released. Authorities are still trying to establish the sequence of events leading up to the accident.
