Fontana, CA – Sergio Villasenor-Ceja Killed in Pedestrian Crash at Arrow Boulevard and Juniper Avenue

Fontana, CA – (November 23, 2018) – The pedestrian killed Thursday afternoon has been identified as 56-year-old Sergio Villasenor-Cejo. According to the Fontana Police Department, the accident was reported around 5:13 pm on November 15th at the intersection of Arrow Boulevard and Juniper Avenue.

According to officials, Villasenor-Cejo was attempting to cross the street when suddenly and unexpectedly an oncoming vehicle struck him in the roadway. Paramedics rushed to the crash site and transported Villasenor-Ceja to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center and he was admitted into the intensive care unit, where he died a week later of his injuries. There was no word given on the driver and vehicle involved.

An investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
