Motorcycle Accidents in California
Thousands of motorcycle accidents happen every year in California and the number keeps increasing. In most cases, negligence is the reason why so many motorcyclists suffer injuries. Because two motorcycles collided into each other, it’s likely that speeding or distracted driving played a role. Studies show that around 40% of motorcycle accidents are caused by speeding. It’s also possible that hazardous road ways, such as pot holes, pieces of debris, and sections of uneven pavement cause motorcyclists to lose control on the roadway. Once the police figure out what caused this accident, the injured victim could file a personal injury lawsuit to help cover medical expenses, pain and suffering, and more.
