Vehicle Accidents in California
Recent studies show that distracted driving is the leading cause of all vehicle accidents in the United States. Distractions include using a cell phone, programming a GPS, searching for a lost item, eating, applying makeup, and even conversing with a passenger. Even though most of these distractions appear harmless, it only takes a few moments of not paying attention to cause a deadly accident.
By law, all drivers are required to drive with a certain level of care on the road so as not to critically injure or kill someone. Once the police figure out what caused this accident, it’s possible that personal injury lawsuits will be filed.
