Pedestrian Accidents in California
The number hit-and-run pedestrian accidents continues to increase every year in California. It’s unfortunate whenever a driver leaves the scene after striking someone because sometimes injured victims are left to die before emergency crews arrive. If drivers stayed at the scene and called for help, a lot more lives would have been saved.
Once the police catch and arrest the driver responsible for this man’s death, a wrongful death lawsuit could be filed since the driver left the injured victim to suffer alone on the roadway.
