Vehicle Accidents in California
Hundreds of thousands of vehicle accidents happen every year in the United States for a multitude of reasons. There are some cases where cars are malfunctioning due to mechanical issues or defective auto parts, in which the manufacturing company would be held liable. There are other cases where drivers are choosing to drive reckless by speeding, driving under the influence, or falling asleep at the wheel. Lastly, the most common cause is negligence, which includes drivers using their phones, conversing with passengers, eating, applying makeup, or partaking in any other distracting activity. In these cases, the driver would be considered liable for causing damage to others.
Because three vehicles were involved in this accident, determining liability might be complex, which is why it’s imperative that injured victims, or those whose property got damaged, contact a California personal injury attorney to help them receive financial reimbursement for all losses.
