Vehicle Accidents in California
Recent studies show that 20-50 million people obtain injuries from vehicle accidents every year in the United States. Most of the time the cause is driver’s error, which means drivers are violating traffic laws, speeding, driving under the influence, falling asleep at the wheel, and/or using their cell phones. The most unfortunate aspect of vehicle accidents is that most of them could have been avoided, especially the ones caused by negligence. It’s unfortunate that millions of victims suffer from the carelessness of others.
The police are currently investigating this accident to determine what caused the accident and who will be held responsible. Because the collision was head-on, one of the drivers was clearly in the wrong, which means a personal injury lawsuit will be filed.
