Vehicle Accidents in California
It’s well-known that the leading cause of all accidents is negligence, which is when an individual fails to exercise a certain level of care that a careful person would under the same circumstances. A person can be negligent if they partake in careless behavior or if they witness careless behavior and allow it to continue. For those pursuing personal injury lawsuits, effectively proving negligence is the only way to win a lawsuit and obtain a large settlement for medical expenses, property damage, and more. To prove negligence, one must prove duty, breach, causation and damages.
The police are currently working to conclude their reports about this accident. Once they determine what caused the accident and who will be held responsible, it’s likely that personal injury lawsuits will be filed.
