Vehicle Accidents in California
Studies show that there are about 13 million teenage drivers in the United States, and an average of nine teenagers lose their lives every day in vehicle accidents. The reason so many teens lose their lives every day is usually due to some form of negligent driving, which includes speeding, violating traffic laws, driving under the influence, using a cell phone, and more.
The police are currently investigating this accident to determine what led up to the crash and who will be held liable. They’re checking to see if negligence, bad road conditions, and/or mechanical issues played a role in this collision. Once they figure out causation and liability, the teenager may be able to file a personal injury lawsuit with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
