Dog Bite Accidents in California
Recent studies show that about 51 percent of all dog attacks are from pit bulls. Whenever someone is attacked by a dog, the owner is financially responsible for covering all injuries. This applies whether a dog is tied up, behind a fence, or loose on the streets. It’s important for those injured by dogs to seek legal representation even if the dog owner has dog insurance.
It’s likely that Bird and the teen will get their injuries covered by the owner since she was unable to control her dogs from harming them.
