Head-On Collisions Involving Commerical Vehicles in California
Recent studies show that whenever head-on collisions with commercial vehicles that occur during night hours, they almost always result in fatalities. Most night accidents occur when at least one of the drivers involved is driving while impaired or fatigued. After too much alcohol consumption, drivers begin losing control of their bodies, which results into loss of control of their vehicles.
The police are conducting an in-depth investigation of this accident to determine what caused Belk and the other vehicle to collide into each other. They’re checking to see if negligence played a role, or whether external factors were involved, such as bad road conditions. Once they finish their investigation, Belk’s family may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit.
