Antelope, CA – One Person Killed in Fatal Motorcycle Crash at Big Cloud Way

Antelope, CA (January 28, 2019) – In Antelope, one person was killed in a fatal motorcycle crash that took place at the intersection of Big Cloud Way and Walerga Road on Sunday evening.

The accident took place around 6:18 p.m. and was considered to be a hit-and-run accident. Police originally received a call about the motorcyclist who was struck for reasons that are not yet known by another vehicle.

Fire department and paramedic officials came to the scene of the accident and found that the rider died as a result of the crash. Their name has not yet been released, as police are trying to notify the next-of-kin.

The driver of the vehicle, a Chevrolet Suburban, fled the scene and did not render aid to the injured motorcyclist. Police are still trying to gather information and use evidence to catch the driver responsible for the accident.
