Concord, CA – Three Injured in Car Accident on Highway 242 Near Grant Street

Concord, CA (February 10, 2019) – Police say that three people were injured in a car accident that happened on Highway 242 near Grant Street on Monday morning around 9:43 am.

Three vehicles crashed into one another on the northbound side of SR-242 between Concord Avenue and Grant Street. Many people received a variety of injuries in the accident, some of which had minor trauma and others who received serious injuries.

Police are not sure what caused the vehicles to collide with one another. However, the cause of the accident is under investigation at this time.
