Vehicle Accidents in California
Unfortunately, accidents caused by speeding are more likely to result in fatalities. Drivers who disobey speed limits are committing negligence because they’re putting themselves and everyone around them at risk of being seriously injured or killed. Driving at high speeds makes it more difficult to brake in the event of an emergency on the road, such as an oncoming vehicle, a pedestrian wandering in the middle of the street, or a vehicle in front suddenly coming to a stop.
For those who have been harmed in accidents caused by speeding, there’s a possibility that a personal injury lawsuit could be filed with the help of a California personal injury attorney.
At Brady Law Group, we help those harmed in vehicle accidents that were caused by negligent behavior because we don’t believe it’s right for our clients to be held financially responsible for damages and losses they did not cause. If you or someone you know was hurt in a vehicle accident, call 866-478-6483 for a free consultation today.
