Hollywood Hills, CA – 1 Vehicle Flips, Another Bursts Into Flames In Crash on 101

Hollywood Hills, CA (February 24, 2019) – A car was flipped over and a second erupted into flames, which caused a shut down of the northbound 101 Freeway.

The wreck occurred early Sunday morning by Universal Studios Boulevard. One of the drivers was trapped in their car after smashing into the center divider.

Officials have not released the number of people involved in the collision, nor the extent of any injuries sustained.

Lanes were closed down, but have since reopened. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
