Solvang, CA – Two Pedestrians Struck on Corner of Mission Drive

Solvang, CA (February 25, 2019) – On Sunday, February 24, around 12:25 a.m., two pedestrians were injured in the area of Mission Drive and 4th Street after being struck by a pizza delivery truck.

Two women in their 40s were struck by the delivery truck at the corner of the aforementioned intersection. One woman was airlifted to the hospital for treatment of major injuries. The second victim received minor injuries and was taken by the ambulance to the hospital.

The names of the patients and their current conditions are not known at this time.

Police are still investigating the circumstances of the accident.
